Blood Diamonds stencil work..

A project I did in my 3 Dimensional Design class. It’s crazy when you think about how the material things we own or dream to own, influence violence. And I’m not just talking about diamonds. I remember back in the day when the first Jordans or Starter jackets were popular, kids were getting killed over some clothes just so some lazy punk could have them for himself. Greed. We’re all guilty of it one way or another. But what makes a person want to take ones life over material things?
