Blah!
I checked out that house I wanted yesterday and it was sold! It was my hidden treasure but I guess some lucky buyer found it before me. I was already imagining myself hanging out in the front yard with my school of salmon coming up the stream, strolls along the waterfront, etc. It was literally right across from Ruston Way in Tacoma. Ah well. Here are the photos of what I missed out on….
Here’s the house. I know it’s small but I wanted it for the location. And the price was $194,000!

Proof that it really had a stream with salmon that runs through it in the front yard.

My wife imagining how we would handle our stressful days. I’d probably be sitting in that chair with a fishing pole or maybe a fishing net if I was lazy enough.

Here is the mansion that is also for sale on that property.

And this was how big the bathroom was. That’s the bathtub my wife is looking at.

Checkout the price of this house!
Price $619,900 <---- REAL CHEAP FOR IT'S LOCATION! Original buying price was $1.2 million!
Location 3505 Alder Way
Tacoma , WA 98407
Beds 4
Baths 2
Half Baths 1
Year Built 1993
Age 16

If you're rich and are interested in buying that house for me as a generous donation to me and my lovely family, here is the link to the rest of the info:

It’s a dreamer’s market.
I’ve always had goals in life. It’s what keeps me going. If I have no goals, I have nothing to live for. Every goal I’ve made since I was a kid has always been accomplished one way or another. Even with people doubting my moves or worried about the “what if’s”. I always pull through. The fear of failing is what keeps my going. To live on the edge, only forces me to accomplish what I need to do sooner to make sure I don’t fail. I don’t want to be those people that have a collection of dreams and are not doing anything about them. I know to many people that have great goals in life but fear of taking that first step. If you don’t take any chances, you’re not taking any steps to achieve your dreams. One of my biggest dreams as a kid was to have a house, a family, along with a family dog before I turned the age of 25. I achieved that goal at the age of 24 all on my own. My next dream was to have a home on the waterfront. I’m working on my 2nd home and I’m getting very close…
