Pacquiao calls out Mayweather

83941054

Mayweather’s advisers claim they haven’t ruled out a bout with Pacquiao, likely among the world’s few fighters who could match Money’s speed. But the Filipino champion has surprisingly strong opinions about why it won’t happen.

“Boxing for him is like a business,” Pacquiao said. “He doesn’t care about the people around him watching. He doesn’t care if the fight is boring, as long as the fight is finished and he gets [plenty of] money. … I want people to be happy. You have a big responsibility as a boxer.”

Word to your nanay. Manny you took the words right out of my mouth.

Halloweeeeeeeen!!!!!

I don’t know if you remember my old costume from a couple of years ago. So let me refresh your memory…

afterweb.jpg

I will be on that Hollywood prosthetic tip again this year. I’ve always been a fan of using prosthetics since watching Michael Jackson’s Making of Thriller movie as a kid. This year I’m going all out and plan to terrify the crap out of people! I’m going to be every nightmare you’ve ever had, your worst dream come true, and everything you ever were afraid of. Come see me at:

Lil Wayne – Jailed for 1 year.

The rapper is expected to accept an 8-month UPDATED to 1 Year bid in jail over his alleged involvement with a loaded .40-caliber pistol gun found on his tour bus in 2007 while in New York.

The 27-year-old now faces 15 years in jail for each count of criminal weapons possession and criminal possession of a loaded weapon.

“Wayne is going to plead guilty,” a source close to the case told AllHipHop.com, stressing that this was definitely going to happen. The rapper pleaded not guilty at press time and has yet to make any such public declaration.  “The date is coming up and he’s going to do it tomorrow.”

Wayne is rumored to be willing to accept the deal to avoid a long term in jail over the gun. The same source said the term will begin in February of 2010 under the terms of the deal. “If he doesn’t plead, he goes to jail for a long time,” the source said.

“They told him that if he doesn’t plead tomorrow, it will go to trial and then he faces a far longer jail term,” the source continued.

A small amount of DNA may have changed the landscape of the case, according to a report by the Associated Press. There is a “minuscule” amount of the rapper’s DNA on the gun, reports say, and that has strengthened the case for the prosecution.

Despite what anyone says about Kanye, his artistic approach to his expressions are just crazy. I think this one hit the craziest of all time and is a must watch. Click on the image for the video.

Jay-Z – Key Arena Seattle, WA

So what did you miss? Well if you’re a true hip hop head or not, you missed one of the biggest icons in not only hip hop, but popular culture perform in Seattle which will probably not happen for awhile. Well who knows, tickets were sold out. But the last time Jigga performed in Seattle was 10 years ago. So yeah you did miss one of Seattle’s most memorable hip hop events ever, and you were not a part of it. You will look back when you’re an old lazy shit that you are going to be, and probably regret missing this event. You’ll never know what it will be like to see a sold out Key Arena with fans forming the Rocafella icon and waving synchronously with or without music and to the chant of HOVA! HOVA! HOVA! And the craziest thing I saw a lot, was old white people in their 60s on up doing the exact same thing but they knew his lyrics! Now that’s love!
.
I am not a huge Jay-Z fan, but I do like his music. (I don’t have a favorite rapper.) I asked some people why they weren’t going to the concert and most of them said they liked his older stuff better. Well Jay-Z performed a lot of his old school hits that still had the arena going crazy. To be honest, I actually like his latest Blueprint 3 album the most. Just because it gave me a more triumphant and inspirational feeling so I needed that with todays economic depression. Yeah you’ll probably dog me, but I won’t disagree with you if you say you liked his older albums better. Because of course I also agree they were lyrically impressive and gave a more hardcore hip hop feel. But it’s very difficult for an artist to keep their same flow, and continue to make record breaking albums. But Jay is smart and is adapting to modern times which means more money. After all he did say before:

“I’m guessing I can sell CD’s
I’m not a businessman,
I’m a Business,Man
Let me handle my business, damn”

And today:

Hov’ on that new shit, niggaz like “How come?”
Niggaz want my old shit, buy my old album
Niggaz stuck on stupid, I gotta keep it movin
Niggaz make the same shit, me I make The Blueprint

For some reason I believe a lot of hip hop heads will grow up to be old grumpy men that never adapt to modern times and will always complain about hip hop’s progression through the years. Remember back in the day when people doubted hip hop to be real music and never thought it would never make money? Well Jay-Z made history by securing his 11th number one album with The Blueprint 3, which moved him ahead of Elvis Presley as the solo artist with most number one albums in the history of Billboard’s Top 200 charts. So please…shut your mouth already and be humble that hip hop has made it this far.
jay-z
On a sad note, why was it depressing looking up in the arena seeing our Seattle Sonics banners missing?

So you want to design tees…

I’m a big book and magazine collector. I can spend hours in Barnes and Noble or Borders just browsing through books to help stimulate my creativity. I mostly like collecting art books. I know some of you would like to design your own tees, or maybe already have your own brand out. And if you don’t collect art books, I highly suggest you pick these latest magazines up. It’ll help with your creativity and artistic to approach to things.

This magazine is great for people interested in starting their own brand. They interview big name brands and artists. They also give you some advice on the business of t-shirts.

CA

I only posted this because I'm tired of seeing shirt concepts being done over and over and over again. Maybe if you read this, you'll stop doing what everyone else is doing and take a more artistic and unique approach to your designs. I went to Magic in March, the Street Wear culture is very saturated and everything started to look the same. How can you set your brand apart from the rest?

I love this new sport….

Some of you folks already know, I’m not into sports much. I only have the patience to watch my local teams play…well that’s if they’re doing good. But if pole dancing was a sport on ESPN, I’d be on it!  But unfortunately at 2:20, this girl wasn’t.

Pacquiao Victory Tees Coming Soon!!!

Sorry for the long wait. The tees should be finished in 2 weeks or so. I will be printing them on high quality American Apparel tees so they will cost more than usual. I could’ve went with a cheaper brand, but I know how it feels to spend money on a shirt and have it ruined from washing. I don’t want my customers ever feeling they bought a shitty quality tee. This tee will also be available in a WOMENS size too.

This tee will expose the words “VICTORY” when flipped from the front. So let’s hope our boy Manny beats Cotto, otherwise I just wasted money on that extra print! THESE TEES ARE LIMITED! ONCE THEY’RE OUT, THEY’RE GONE FOR GOOD! SO STAY TUNED AND SPREAD THE WORD PLEASE!!!

Pacquiao vs. Cotto…Pacman’s last exciting fight???

Manny Pacquiao plans on retiring next year so he can run for president of the Philippines. So this might be one of the last exciting fights we see from Pacquiao. I only say that because Cotto is a real good fighter that’s also a heavy hitter and both boxers throw down and know how to give a great show. And if the Pacman wins and is setup to be against Mayweather, it’s going to be a boring and disappointing fight for boxing fans. Yes Mayweather is also a great boxer, but nobody wants to see a boxer play defense the whole time especially against Manny Pacquiao. But Pacquiao also has a great coach that is very good at studying other fighters techniques and whatever Roach trains Manny to do, Manny delivers 120%. So I could be wrong.

I can’t wait to be in Vegas November 14th! By the way, I’ll be celebrating my birthday there too. I’ll be carrying some of my Pacquiao Victory tees with me….if I have any left. Oh and if you’re somebody that knows somebody that knows somebody who’s friend or brother or sister or auntie or uncle or god parents that can hook me up with tickets to the actual fight, that would totally be a sick birthday gift ever! *Hint*hint*hint*
