Pacquiao sues both Mayweathers
Will Manny Pacquiao fight Floyd Mayweather on March 13th?
Saturday, December 26th, 2009
OFFICIAL STATEMENT BY PACQUIAO 12-26-2009
by Manny Pacquiao
I am still willing to Fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. I never said the fight was off or I do not want to fight him. I will fight anyone at anytime and my record and past fights prove that. I have never and will never dodge anyone..
These are my specifications for this fight regarding blood testing. I have offered to give a blood sample the day of the Announcement of the fight at the Press Release. I have Offered to give a blood sample 30 days before the fight. I am willing to give blood immediately after the fight is over inside my dressing room . I am also willing to give urine tests at anytime any where everyday leading up to the fight. The truth is taking blood out of my body does not seem natural to me and mentally I feel it will weaken me if blood is taken from me just days before the fight. That does not make sense to me why anyone would do that. .
These accusations of me using any performance enhancing supplements are totally unwarranted and unjustified. To all of my fans I want to say thank you very much for all your support and understanding. I always give honor to God first and I would never cheat. I would never Cheat God, I would never cheat myself, and I would never cheat my country and my fans. .
If Floyd Mayweather Jr. does not accept these terms than my promoter will find me another fight for March the 13th. Again I will fight anyone at anytime.
.
I would always like to be known for my honor and my integrity. I will always be known for my courage and my willingness to face any man at anytime in my career. If Floyd Mayweather Jr. truly ever wanted to fight me and he is not really scared he would accept these terms I am willing to give him as they are above and beyond what the commission demands.
.
I should not have to prove myself as I have always done what the commission has asked me to do and I have never ever swayed from that. Never has there been a time where anything I have ever done has been in question. I stand behind my honor and my integrity. I stand below God and my Country. I stand with my fans and I hope Floyd is not really really a coward and will fight me and give the fans what they want to see. I am not afraid to fight Floyd anywhere anytime. . So Mayweather camp to sum it up short. He just called you all bitches for messing with his reputation and also bitches if you still don’t fight him! De La Hoya is a bitch too for jumping on the hateration steroid bandwagon and accusing Pacquiao of wrongful things! Manny is one of the most humble boxers out right now. He shows nothing but respect for his opponents before, during, and after the ring. It’s not my fault you don’t want to believe an Asian with these traits is dominating the sport and making a huge mark in boxing history. It seems to me that Mayweather is losing the pre-fight with Pacquiao already. Mayweather camp has really pissed Manny off. Nobody has ever seen Manny pissed at anyone. Just remember Pacquiao showed mercy to his opponents in the ring. If he fights Mayweather, (which will most likely happen because you’re already going to lose money in court) Manny will show no mercy and fucking crush his face.

Promoter Arum Says Pacquiao-Mayweather Fight Called Off
Jojo Doria – AHN Sports Contributor
Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN) – The reported welterweight title megafight pitting top boxers Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been called off, promoter Bob Arum told the Grand Rapids Press.

“We’re going in a different direction. What I believe is that Floyd never really wanted the fight and this is just harrassment of Pacquiao,” Arum told the paper of drug-testing procedures Mayweather is calling for.
“Floyd to me is a coward and he’s always been a coward, but a coward because he’s afraid to face someone who could beat him. And believe me, Manny Pacquiao could bear him. So he’ll go his way and, and that’ll be fine.”
The Filipino boxer refused Tuesday to comply to the requested Olympic-style drug testing procedures.
The Mayweather’s camp is asking fighters to submit to Olympic-type drug testing as outlined and mandated by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).
The said procedure is more rigorous than the drug testing performed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission and other state commissions.
Testing, under the Nevada commission, consists of a urine test for banned substances, once just before the fight and once immediately following the fight.
While drug testing conducted by the USADA involves random blood and urine testing before and after the fight.
The issues Floyd Mayweather Sr., the fighter’s father, raised in earlier reports, accusing Pacquiao of taking illegal substances may have contributed to the current testing debate.
Pacquiao, 30, coming off a 12-round TKO of Miguel Cotto, has denied the accusations and indicated that he has never failed a drug test.
According to reports, Pacquiao, the current welterweight champion, is not comfortable with his blood being drawn within 30 days of the bout.
The Filipino champion has agreed, however, to have his blood drawn before the kickoff press conference and after the bout.
Mayweather, for his part reportedly indicated that he understands the Filipino boxer’s refusal to have his blood drawn, but stressed fair play and the magnitude of the planned encounter next year.
In the event the drug testing squabble is settled, the bout, touted as the fight of the century, will reportedly be staged at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Pacquiao, currently 50-3-2, with 38 KO’s, recently became the record title holder in seven different weight classes.
Mayweather, who retired for nearly two years from 2007-09, remains undefeated at 40-0-0 with 25 KO’s.
He is coming off a unanimous decision over Juan Manuel Marquez, his first fight since his return to the ring.
I’m not believing this. It could be just another way to hype up the fight so they can get more money. They have to let this fight happen. This is supposed to be a modern day clash of the titans. This could be the biggest fight in boxing history. Everyone wants to see this fight. You can’t say no to the world.

Pacquiao-Mayweather fight in jeopardy
LAS VEGAS — The proposed megafight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. was thrown into jeopardy Tuesday with a demand by Mayweather’s camp that both fighters be subjected to Olympic-type drug testing in the weeks leading up to the bout.
Mayweather’s manager said the fight would not go on if Pacquiao didn’t agree to blood testing under standards followed by the United States Anti-Doping Agency.
“There is no fight without Olympic-style random drug testing,” Leonard Ellerbe said.
Mayweather’s camp claims it was told Pacquiao would not agree to have his blood tested within 30 days of the fight because of personal superstitions. But Pacquiao’s trainer, Freddie Roach, said he could live with some testing, as long as it wasn’t too close to the fight and wasn’t overly intrusive.
“I will not let my fighter take a blood test the day before a fight,” Roach said. “If they give me a five-day window or something like that I have no problem with it.”
Roach said he hoped the issue wasn’t brought up as a way to get Mayweather out of the fight.
“He’s looking for a back door out,” Roach said. “We’re eager to fight.”
The fight, which promises to be the richest ever, had widely been expected to be formalized this week, with an official announcement Jan. 6. It was expected to be held at the MGM Grand hotel, with the biggest live gate ever.
But neither fighter has signed formal contracts and there have been disputes between representatives of the two fighters ever since Mayweather’s promoter pulled out at the last minute of a trip to Texas, where Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was to make a proposal to host the bout.
But Mayweather’s promoter, Richard Schaefer, said all other issues have been agreed upon.
“The good news is we have agreed on all the other points,” Schaefer said. “Depending on what Manny Pacquiao decides to do we either have a fight or we don’t have a fight.”
Schaefer said he is still hopeful of the fight happening, based on the fact Pacquiao himself has not publicly said he would not accept blood testing.
“I am still hopeful because I really believe this decision didn’t come from Manny Pacquiao, it came from somebody else,” Schaefer said. “It’s up to Manny Pacquiao to prove me right or wrong.”
Pacquiao has never failed a post-fight urine test in Nevada, including his last fight when he stopped Miguel Cotto. Mayweather also has passed urine tests in the state after his fights.
Fighters, though, are not routinely tested before bouts for performance-enhancing drugs, and there are no blood tests done for those drugs.
Mayweather’s father, Floyd Sr., said after the Cotto fight that he suspected Pacquiao was using performance-enhancing drugs to move up and win titles in so many weight classes. Ellerbe did not make that claim, but said that for a fight of such magnitude fans deserve to be confident neither fighter is cheating.
“If it’s good enough for LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Michael Phelps and Lance Armstrong why isn’t it good enough for Manny Pacquiao?” Ellerbe asked. “The fans and sports deserve a level playing field.”
Travis Tygart, executive director of the USADA, said he had talked to representatives of both fighters about providing testing. Tygart said he welcomed the request as he would for any sport that does not have stringent Olympic-type testing.
“I think every sport that wants to have clean athletes it’s a sign of a step forward to have out of competition testing,” Tygart said. “It’s an essential thing to do if you want to protect the integrity of the sport. Clean athletes want a level playing field.”
Tygart noted Olympic athletes are tested often and without notice. He said less than a teaspoon of blood is removed out of an average of 380 teaspoons in the normal human and that it regenerates within an hour of being withdrawn.
Blood tests, he said, can find things urine tests can’t, like the use of human growth hormone, synthetic hemoglobin or blood transfusions, all of which “certainly would aid in an endurance-type event.”
Ellerbe said he couldn’t imagine why Pacquiao wouldn’t agree, especially considering both fighters would likely make more than $25 million for the bout.
“Only Manny Pacquiao can answer that question,” Ellerbe said. “The ball is in his court.”
It looks like Mayweather is playing games. Blood test 48hrs before a fight? That can weaken some people. Why not take the test after the fight? I bet you Mayweather will also be 2lbs over weight during the weigh in as always. Either way, Pacquiao isn’t backing down.

The lost art…
So I’m sittin here transferring my old VHS videos to DVD and I found this. This was back in 95 I think. I won a contest at school to do a mural in my school cafeteria. This was my very first, and only piece I’ve ever done in my life.

My son’s Jerking crew
Here’s a little vid of my son jerking with his crew. I’m pretty sure they’ll learn to grow out of jerking when they get older and advance to other styles of dance.
Hey kids, my son did bad on his report card and I heard some of you got some bad grades too. If all of you get your grades up and help each other, I’ll design you a website for free and along with some crew t-shirts. Sound like a deal? Well get your grades up then. Goals are only reached when you work hard for them.
